Haven’t been refunded or received the item
Coming up to nearly 2 months now since i placed the order and it was only 14 days ago since it finally got shipped after multiple emails of me pushing for that. Can't really review the product too well when it's still not arrived, so im left to review the service instead which is not good because my order seems to constantly be forgotten about. "We fulfilled your order from our store Room Supply 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback." As far as im aware it's not been fulfilled. I'm cleary not the only one with this issue, would advise to at least check if the consumer as recieved the product before sending this email out, not a great look. Regret spending money on this now and will never choose to buy from room supply again.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received them, I’ve had no updates and have no idea where they are
I have yet to receive my package, how could I give a rating to something that I haven’t gotten yet? It’s been over a month since I last ordered it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift (so much for that). I would either like a full refund and something for the inconvenience or get me my package by the beginning of next week. I don’t mean to be rude but it’s irritating when you guys want a rating and I haven’t even gotten to see my nephew play with them.
